摘要
临床实践教学作为医学教育的重要组成部分,具有规律的特殊性。我国对医学人才的培养所处的特殊历史发展时期,因涉及到相关法律建设存在的缺陷,临床实践教学常陷入必须进行却又可能违法的困境之中,由于其影响面广、影响程度深、法律风险大,对医学教育的发展造成了很大的负面影响,也损害了相关主体的权益。所以,从政策法规方面解决这方面的问题已是目前的形势所趋。
Particularity of having regular medical education and training of the medical personnel of the special historical development involves both legal construction defects, medical education must therefore fall into the dilemma but illegal, because of its impact on surface broad, deep impact, legal risk, the development of medical education caused great,it also undermines the interests of the relevant body. Therefore, from the policies and regulations to solve this problem is the current situation in the trend.
