摘要 近年来,碳纳米管(carbon nanotube,CNT)由于其特殊的结构和理化性质,在材料科学和生物医学领域具有潜在的应用前景。随着CNT与人体的接触也越来越多,它是否具有毒性逐渐成为我们所关注的焦点。CNT的体内毒性主要表现为导致肺部炎症和纤维化,循环系统氧化损伤,动脉粥样硬化及全身免疫系统异常等。本文就CNT毒性效应的相关研究进行了综述。 In recent years,due to their unique properties,carbon nanotube(CNT) has been demonstrated to be a promising nanomaterial with wide applications in the field of biomedical and material science.Inevitably,there are more and more exposures of the human body to CNT,therefore,whether it is toxic has attracted increasing attention.The internal toxicities of CNT includes pulmonary inflammation and fibrosis,oxidative damage in circulatory system,atherosclerotic disease and immune system abnormity.In this review,we will describe the research advances in the toxicity of CNT.
