摘要
为了更好地适应高等职业教育的改革理念和教学模式,根据食品分析的培养目标和教学计划的要求,以职业岗位为导向,以提高学生的职业技能和综合素质为目标,通过项目"味觉敏感度测定"阐述了食品分析项目化教学的实践,最后提出了适合高等职业教育的课程改革思路与方法。
In order to better adapt the reform idea and teaching mode of higher vocational education,according to the cultivating objective and teaching plan of foods analysis,with professional post as the guide direction and improving students' vocational skill and comprehensive quality as the target,the practice of foods analysis proceedings teaching was elaborated through the project of "taste sensitivity determination".At last,the curriculum reform idea and method for higher vocational education were put forward.
