摘要
近年来,由于漂珠的产量越来越少,质量也越来越差,因此急需寻找一种代替漂珠的新型减轻材料,以满足配制低密度水泥浆的需求。因此优选了一种新型的密度减轻材料——高性能空心玻璃微珠,根据颗粒级配紧密堆积理论,对高性能空心玻璃微珠、水泥以及其他各种外加剂进行合理配比,设计出了一种新型的低密度水泥浆。室内评价结果表明,该低密度水泥浆具有良好的稳定性、流动性,且失水量小,空心玻璃微珠能够替代常规漂珠来配制低密度水泥浆;空心玻璃微珠抗压能力比较高,用其配制的低密度水泥浆具有不可压缩性,解决了漂珠低密度水泥浆高压下漂珠破碎或进水导致水泥浆密度升高的问题;同一密度下,空心玻璃微珠低密度水泥浆的成本比漂珠低密度水泥浆的成本稍高,为降低成本,可考虑加入其他低密度外掺料。
Floating beads are widely used in low-density cement slurry,however,nowadays,the quality and quantity of floating beads are more and more worse and less.So a substitution,high performance hollow glass beads,is developed to satisfy the need for oil and gas well cementing.In this paper,a novel low density cement slurry system is developed based on optimizing distributions of cement,floating beads and other additives by the grain composition rule.The properties of this slurry with low density,such as filtration,thickening,rheology and strength are evaluated in laboratory,and the results show that this novel density cement slurry has good comprehensive properties.
