摘要
利用颗粒级配技术、紧密堆积原理和纤维增韧技术原理,通过对减轻剂的粒度分析,优选漂珠、G级水泥、玻璃微珠、微细水泥以及微硅构成5级颗粒填充体系,设计出了一种密度为1.15~1.20 g/cm3的塑性低密度水泥浆。该水泥浆流动性能良好、稠度值适中、失水量小于50 mL、不沉降、无游离液、水泥石上下密度差小于0.05 g/cm3、24 h抗压强度大于9.5 MPa、48 h抗压强度大于12.5 MPa、稠化时间在240~360 min内可调、基本成直角稠化、抗冲击韧性较常规低密度水泥石提高15%左右,抗折强度提高了10%左右,弹性模量则下降了约20%。解决了长期困扰低密度水泥浆存在的浆体稳定性差、候凝时间长、早期强度低、水泥石易破碎等问题,对低压易漏地层长段封固具有重要意义。
A plastic low-density cement slurry is introduced in this paper. Cenosphere, class-G cement, micro glass beads, minute cement and fine silica are optimized to form a packing system. With a density of 1.15-1.20 g/cm3, the plastic low-density cement slurry shows good fluidity and consistency. The filtration rate can be controlled below 50mL, thickening time can be adjusted between 240-360 min, the maximum mud density difference between inlet and outlet is less than 0.05 g/cm3, 24 h compressive strength is greater than 9.5 MPa, 48 h compressive strength is greater than 12.5 MPa. Comparing with other conventional cement slurries, its shock strength increases by 15%, fold strength increases by 10% and elastic modulus decreases by about 20%.
