摘要
建国以来,西安已制定并实施了四轮总体规划。西安城市的重要性和战略地位不断提高,同时,历史文化名城的概念也不断加强。文章介绍了西安多年来的规划建设实践,即努力把城市现代化发展的需求和历史文化遗产保护很好地结合起来,使古代文明与现代文明交相辉映,老城区与新城区各展风采,人文资源与生态资源相互依托,走和谐共生的富有西安特色的发展之路。针对新形势下国家对西安的更高要求,续写和谐共生的新篇章,文章提出了三点期望:尊重山水环境、把握历史脉络和彰显多元特色。
Since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,Xi＇an has formulated and implemented four rounds of master plans.The importance and strategic position of Xi＇an are continuously being improved,the concept of famous historic and cultural city is further strengthened.This paper introduces the planning and construction experiences of Xi＇an,that is combining the needs of urban modernization with the protection of historic and cultural heritage in a better way to add radiance and beauty to the ancient civilization and modern civilization,let the old town and new city show their styles and realize the mutual support of human resources and ecological resources.Harmonious intergrowth has become a characteristic development road of Xi＇an.Towards this aim,some expectations on the following new chapter of harmonious intergrowth are presented：＂respect landscape environment,grasp historical context and reveal pluralistic characteristics＂.
