摘要
本文从城市现代化进程中地面空间发展出现的困惑 ,指出了城市地下空间是城市发展的巨大空间资源 ,论证了城市地下空间的资源优势 ,阐明了做好城市地下空间开发明利用规划是城市现代化发展的必然要求 。
From the vexation appeared in development of ground space during modernization of the city, it is pointed out that the urban underground space is a large resource for urban development. The advantages of urban underground space as a resource were demonstrated. It is proved that for the modernization of the city a perfect planning for development and utilization of urban underground space is necessary. Some problems deserving notice during planning for development and utilization of urban underground space were pointed out.
