摘要
目的观察益肾清利泄浊法治疗痛风性肾病的临床疗效。方法将患者50例随机分为2组,均给予基础治疗,对照组加以别嘌呤醇片口服,治疗组加服益肾清利泄浊方,疗程8周。观察临床疗效及治疗前后血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(Bun)、血尿酸(UA)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿蛋白定量(PRO)水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率88.0%,对照组总有效率56.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);在降低尿蛋白、改善肾功能方面,2组比较,P<0.05。结论益肾清利泄浊方治疗痛风性肾病有较好疗效。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of Yishen Qingli Xiezhuo Fang in treating gouty nephropathy.METHODS Fifty patients with gouty nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were given basic treatment.On the base of basic treatment,the control group was treated with Allopurinol while treatment group with Yishen Qingli Xiezhuo Fang for 8 weeks.The clinical therapeutic effects and serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（Bun）,blood uric acid（UA）,β2-microglobulin in urine（β2-MG） as well as the quantitative urinary protein（PRO） before and after treatment were observed.RESULTS The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were respectively 88.0% and 56.0%.There were significant differences between two groups（P0.05）;the treatment group had better effects in aspects of decreasing urinary protein and improving renal function.Compared with both group,P value was less than 0.05.CONCLUSION Yishen Qingli Xiezhuo Fang has good therapeutic effects in treatment of gouty nephropathy.
