摘要
目的报道经皮内镜下胃造口(PEG)在老年吞咽障碍治疗中的应用。方法对32例老年吞咽障碍患者行PEG手术,术后行肠内营养支持,每月随访1次。比较术前和术后3个月体重、体重指数(BMI)、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数和简易营养评分(MNA)。结果 32例手术均顺利,2例术后造瘘口皮肤感染,余无并发症发生。术后3个月,体重、BMI、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白和MNA评分改善(P<0.05),肺部感染率下降(P<0.05)。结论 PEG是老年吞咽障碍的合理有效的治疗方法。
Objective To apply the percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy（PEG） for deglutition disorders of the elderly.Methods 32 elderly patients with deglutition disorders accepted PEG were reviewed.They accepted post-operative enteral nutrition and were followed up monthly with their weight,body mass index and mini-nutritional assessment（MNA）.Results 2 cases presented skin infection of stoma,no more complications happened.Their weight,body mass index and MNA improved significantly 3 months after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion PEG is an effective treatment for the elderly deglutition disorders.
