摘要
目的研究艾迪注射液在治疗晚期肝癌的临床应用价值及副作用。方法将70例晚期肝癌患者随机均分为2组,每组35例。对照组使用表阿霉素、顺铂等药物治疗,治疗组在对照组药物治疗基础上加用艾迪注射液。结果与对照组比较,使用艾迪注射液治疗的患者免疫功能增强,临床疗效和生存质量有显著提高,且副作用小。结论艾迪注射液对晚期肝癌有较好的疗效,可在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the clinical applications value and side effects of Aidi Injection in the treatment of advanced liver cancer.Methods 70 patients with advanced liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（35 cases） was treated with epirubicin,cisplatin and other drugs,and the treatment group（35 cases） was added Aidi Injection based on the control group.Results Compared with control group,the immunity function in the patients treated with Aidi Injection was significantly enhanced,the clinical efficacy and quality of life were significantly increased with less adverse reaction.Conclusion Aidi Iinjection has better effect for treating advanced liver cancer and could be popularized in clinic.
