摘要
目的 比较艾迪注射液加放疗与单纯放疗对晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的近期疗效及不良反应。方法 观察组 30例放疗同期采用艾迪注射液 5 0ml溶于 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0ml中 ,静脉滴注 ,每天一次 ,与放疗同步 ;对照组 30例单纯放疗。结果 观察组近期有效率为 80 % ,对照组 70 % ,统计学上差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,胃肠道及血液学不良反应 ,观察组均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,改善患者一般状况Karnofsky评分观察组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 艾迪注射液配合放疗对降低消化道恶性肿瘤放疗不良反应 ,改善患者生存质量 。
Objective To compare the near therapeutic effect and side-effect of Aidi Injection and radiotherapy with simple radiotherapy in the treatment of late malignant tumor of digestive tract. Methods 30 cases as experiment group were treated with radiotherapy and Aidi-Injection , 50ml dissolved in 5% glucose injection 500 ml ,qd, intravenously. Meanwhile, 30 cases as control group treated with radiotherapy. Results The near efficacious rate in experiment group was 80%, while 70% in the control group, the difference was no significant (P> 0.05) .Side effect incidence rate of gastrointestinal tract and hematology tendency in experiment group was obviously lower than that in that of control group (P< 0.05). In aspect of improving the general condition of the patients,it is significant better in the experiment group than that control group(P< 0.05) with the method of Karnofsky Score. Conclusion It is safe and effective for Aidi-Injection combined with radiotherapy in reducing the side effect of radiotherapy on late malignant tumor of digestive tract and effectively improve the condition of the patients.
