摘要
OPLC是绝缘线芯与光传输单元的组合,光传输单元在OPLC结构中的位置将影响光传输性能。OPLC在电和光分离时,要求光传输单元的长度大于绝缘线芯,截去绝缘线芯将导致资源消耗。文中指出光传输单元应处于OPLC缆芯的侧面位置,同时提出了OPLC中光纤后安装的方案。该方案中OPLC含有绝缘芯线和空心微管,将OPLC按正常的电缆安装程序到受电端口并连后,在空心管内用吹气法或牵引法敷设合适的微缆或高性能光纤单元,从而能在光电分离时获得任意长度的光纤(缆),克服了OPLC在施工和运行中因承力元件的初伸长、缆的结构形变、蠕变等因素对光传输性能的影响。
An OPLC cable is a cable composed of insulated conductors and optical transmission unit. The position of optical transmission unit in OPLC structure will affect its optical transmission performance. At the separation place of photons and electrons, optical transmission unit should be longer than the insulated conductors. However, truncation of insulated conductors means waste of copper resource. This paper pointed out that the right position for optical unit in the OPLC structure should be at lateral position, and a new scheme called later fiber installation OPLC was proposed. In this scheme, OPLC is composed of insulated conductors and hollow microduct (microfiber). The OPLC could be first installed to the terminal place according to the standard procedure for power cable. Then proper micro optical cable or high performance optical fiber unit could be installed by air-blowing method or pulling method. Thus a required excess length for optical cable (fiber) could be obtained at the separation place of photons and electrons. This scheme could also protect optical transmission performance from the influence of initial elongation of strength bearing component, cable structure deformation and creep during OPLC construction and operation.
