256层CT前瞻性及回顾性心电门控冠状动脉成像质量和辐射剂量的初探 被引量:11

Coronary Artery Image Quality and Radiation Dose of Prospective and Retrospective ECG Gating for CT Coronary Angiography with 256 Slice Computed Tomography

摘要 目的运用前瞻性心电门控与回顾性心电门控两种方法行冠状动脉CT成像,比较两者的成像质量与辐射剂量。资料与方法 70例疑似冠状动脉疾病的患者随机分为两组,前瞻性心电门控组和回顾性心电门控组,每组35例,两组心率均<70次/min,记录两组的成像质量和辐射剂量。结果前瞻性心电门控和回顾性心电门控两组冠状动脉成像质量评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的有效剂量分别为(2.5±0.7)mSv和(9.6±1.7)mSv,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),平均ED前瞻性心电门控组较回顾性心电门控组低74.4%。结论心率在一定范围内(﹤70次/min),256层前瞻性心电门控技术能够获得满足临床诊断需要的冠状动脉CTA图像,并有效地降低了辐射剂量。 Objective To compare the coronary artery image quality and radiation dose of prospective ECG gating and retrospective ECG gating computed tomography coronary angiography in patients with suspicion of coronary artery disease(CAD).Materials and Methods 70 patients suspected coronary artery disease were divided in two groups.35 patients were taken prospective ECG gating axial scan and the others were taken retrospective ECG gating helical scan.The heart rate was 70bmp.Coronary artery segments were assessed for imaging quality and radiation dose values were calculated.Results There was no significant difference in image quality between two groups(P0.05).Effective radiation dose of prospective ECG gating group(2.5±0.7 mSv) was significantly lower(P0.001) than that of retrospective ECG gating group(9.6±1.7 mSv).The mean effective radiation dose of prospective group was decreased by 74.4% than that of the retrospective group.Conclusion Prospective ECG gating computed tomography coronary angiography yields similar image quality and lower effective radiation dose compared with retrospective ECG gating computed tomography coronary angiography in patients with heart rates 70bpm.
