Techniques of preparation and nursing for examination coronary CTA

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉CTA检查前准备及护理对图像质量的影响。方法选择244例符合冠心病高危人群筛选标准的患者行冠状动脉CTA检查,给予充分的检查前准备和合理的护理技术,对冠状动脉左主干(LM)、左前降支(LAD)、左回旋支(LCX)、右冠状动脉(RCA)图像质量进行分级评估。结果所有患者均能按照检查前准备及护理技术要求顺利完成检查。244例中,213例(87.3%)图像质量Ⅰ级,29例(11.3%)Ⅱ级,2例(1.3%)Ⅲ级。结论充分的检查前准备、合理的护理技术、检查过程心率和呼吸控制可以显著改善冠状动脉CTA图像质量、提高检查成功率和诊断准确率。 Objective To evaluate the outcomes of preparation and nursing care in improving the image quality of coronary CT angiography(CTA).Methods The coronary CTA examinations were performed in 244 cases with high risk coronary artery diseases(CHD)qualified by screening criteria.The images of coronary arteries(LM,LAD,LCX,RCA)were assessed by grading criteria.Results All the examinations of 244 cases were completed successfully in accordance with technical requirements of nursing care and preparation before examination.Of 244 cases,213 cases(87.3%)had the image quality of grade Ⅰ,29 cases(11.3%)grade Ⅱ,and 2 cases(1.3%)grade Ⅲ,respectively.Conclusion With adequate preparation,reasonable nursing care and successful control of HR and respiratory rate,the image quality is improved,success rate and diagnosis accuracy of coronary CTA are increased.
