摘要
目的观察反流性食管炎、Barrett食管、食管腺癌的PCNA、Ki-67、bcl-2的表达。方法免疫组化法测定反流性食管炎、Barrett食管、食管腺癌及正常对照组的PCNA、Ki-67、bcl-2的表达。结果食管腺癌组的PCNA、Ki-67、bcl-2表达高于反流性食管炎、Barrett食管、正常对照组(P<0.01);反流性食管炎组及Barrett食管组的PCNA、Ki-67表达分别高于正常对照组(P<0.01),但bcl-2表达与正常对照组相比无明显统计学差异。结论联合监测PCNA、Ki-67、bcl-2的表达有助于判断食管细胞的增殖活性和肿瘤恶性倾向。
Objective To observe the expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and bcl-2 in reflux esophagitis,Barrett esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and bcl-2 were determined by immunohistochemistry technique in reflux esophagitis,Barrett esophagus,esophageal adenocarcinoma and the normal control.Results The expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and bcl-2 in esophageal adenocarcinoma were higher than that in reflux esophagitis,Barrett esophagus and normal control（P0.01）.The expression of PCNA and Ki-67 in reflux esophagitis and Barrett esophagus were higher than that in control（P0.01）,and there was no statistical difference as to the bcl-2 expression of the three groups.Conclusion The combined determination of PCNA,Ki-67 and bcl-2 could be used to judge the cell proliferation and the malignant tendency of esophagus.
