摘要 目的分析不同药店八角茴香挥发油的化学成分。方法用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油后,采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析。结果 1~5号样品挥发油中均主要含有反式茴香脑(63.6%~85.9%),柠檬烯(0%~4.77%)芳樟醇(0.46%~1.18%),草蒿脑(1.97%~7.95%),桉油精(0.06%~4.08%),等。结论不同药店八角茴香的质量有明显差异。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oils from fructus anisi stellati(Illicium verum) in different pharmacies.Methods The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation from 5 batches of samples.The chemical constituents of the essential oils were analyzed by GC-MS.Results The chemical constituents of 17 kinds were identified from each essential oil.The characteristic compounds mainly contained transanethole(63.6%~85.9%),D-Limonene(0%~4.77%),linalool(0.46%~1.18%),estragole(1.97%~7.95%) and eucalyptol(0.06%~4.08%) etc.Conclusions There are significant differences of the quality of fructus anisi stellati among different pharmacies.
