摘要
目的:观察慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)、D-二聚体(DD)、凝血功能及血小板参数等血栓前状态(PTS)检测指标的意义。方法:对78例CKD患者和90例正常对照组的vWF、DD和凝血指标以及血小板参数进行检测。结果:与正常对照组比较,CKD组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)明显缩短(P<0.05),vWF、DD及纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CKD组血小板计数(PLT),平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)及血小板体积(PCT)平均值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:常规检测vWF、DD、凝血功能及血小板参数指标,对CKD患者PTS诊断有重要临床价值。
Objective：To study the significance of some indexes in prethrombotic state as vWF,D-dimer,blood coagulation fuction and platelet parameter in chronic kidney disease（CKD） patient.Method：To detect the indexes of vWF,DDimer,blood coagulation fuction and thrombocyte parameter with instrument method in 78 CKD patients and 90 normal contrast.Results：Plasma APTT in CKD groups obviously shorter than normal contrast（P0.05）,the plasma levels of vWF,DDimer and fibrinogen were significantly higher（P0.05 or P0.01）,no significant difference was found in plasma PT（P0.05）,and the mean value for indexes of PLT,MPV,PDW and PCT in CKD groups were also higher than normal control（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：It has important clinical value of detecting the indexes of vWF,DDimer,blood coagulation fuction and platelet parameter to diagnose the prethrombotic state of CKD patient.
