摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备了一系列不同配方的聚丙烯/马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯/蛋壳粉复合材料,研究了蛋壳粉用量对复合材料拉伸强度、冲击强度、断裂伸长率、硬度、维卡软化温度、熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响。结果表明,随着蛋壳粉用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度先增加后降低,冲击强度、断裂伸长率逐渐减小,硬度逐渐增加;随着蛋壳粉用量的增加,复合材料的维卡软化温度逐渐升高,MFR先升高后降低;蛋壳粉用量较少时,可改进复合材料的加工性能。
A series of polyproylene / maleic anhydride graft polyethylene / eggshell powder composites were prepared in two-screw extruder.The effects of the eggshell powder content on tensile strength, impact strength, elongation at break, hardness, Vicar softening point, melt flow rate ( MFR ) of the composites were investigated.Results showed that the tensile strength and MFR of composites firstly increased and then decteased, impact strength and elongation at break decreased, hardness and Vicar softening point increased with the increasing of eggshell powder content.Small amount of eggshell powder could improve the processing performance of composite materials.
