摘要
鸡蛋壳内有很多有效成分,这些成分可以作为许多行业的原材料,但现在每年仍有大量的蛋壳没有得到充分利用。鸡蛋壳有效的综合利用可以大大提高经济效益,减少环境污染。本文综述了鸡蛋壳中钙镁含量的测定,对蛋壳内钙物质的利用以及鸡蛋壳的一些其它用途。
The egg shell had many active ingredients,and these ingredients can be used as raw materials for many industries.But now a large number of shells were not being fully utilized every year.Effective utilization of egg shell can greatly enhance economic efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.Survey calcium and magnesium content of egg shell,the use of calcium and some other uses of the egg shell were reviewed.
