环境雌激素对雌性生殖系统及月经的影响

摘要 环境雌激素主要来源于天然植物雌激素,人工化学合成的农药、肥料、生长剂以及多种食物添加成份,已证明环境雌激素对人类心血管疾病、乳腺癌、中枢神经系统疾患均有一定影响。大量流行病学及动物实验资料表明,环境雌激素对雄性具有生殖和发育毒性,对雌性动物的生殖系统和女性的生殖系统及月经周期影响的研究相对较少。对其致病机制正在进一步研究中。重点讨论环境雌激素的来源,就其对雌性动物生殖系统和女性生殖系统及月经的影响介绍近年国内外的研究进展。 Environmental estrogens mainly included phytoestrogens,synthetic chemical pesticides,fertilizers and growth agents,and food ingredients.It had been proved that the natural and synthetic chemicals with estrogenic activities had some influence on human cardiovascular disease,breast cancer and nervous system disorders.Lots of epidemiological investigation and animal experiment indicated that environmental estrogens had reproductive or developmental toxicity in male,but the research in female,such as the effects of environmental estrogens on female reproductive system and menstrual cycle,was relatively poor.Study on the pathogenic mechanism of those effects is still under way.In this review,we discussed sources of environmental estrogens and its effects on reproductive system and menstruation in female animal and women.
