^(125)Ⅰ低剂量率照射对鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2的杀伤效应 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨125I低剂量率照射对鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2的杀伤效应。方法用冷光源为对照,125I粒子照射鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞,MTT、流式细胞术和细胞迁移体系观察细胞的增殖、凋亡、细胞周期和迁移的变化。结果照射后细胞增殖能力逐渐下降,其中24 h与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),48 h较6 h和12 h差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);照射后细胞凋亡逐渐增加,24 h后接近半数,72 h后达70%以上;照射后处于G1期的细胞逐渐减少,12 h与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且较6 h明显减少(P<0.05);处于G2/M期的细胞逐渐增加,12 h较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且较6 h增加明显(P<0.05);处于S期的细胞比例相对稳定。照射后细胞的迁移逐渐减少,照射后24 h较对照组减少明显(P<0.05),之后数量稳定,照射后24 h较6 h时减少明显(P<0.05)。结论 125I低剂量率照射在体外能有效杀伤鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2,并抑制其迁移。
