Chanyu Maodun was the first national hero in the history of Chinese northern nomadic nationalities,and was an outstanding politician having superb political strategies as well as creative military talent.For the first time he unified the North steppe nomadic peoples,and established a strong regime.During his period,Huns got rapid economic development.We should give accurate positioning and high marks on Chanyu Maodun.
