摘要
山东省三次产业快速发展、产业结构不断调整和优化的同时,就业增长依然缓慢,造成这种局面的根本原因在于三次产业的产值结构与就业结构的不合理。以山东省历年统计数据为依据,运用结构偏离度对山东省的产业结构和就业结构的协调性进行了分析,指出山东省第三产业的产业结构和就业结构合理化程度得到较大幅度提高,但与广东省以至国际标准相比,仍有一定的差距。最后提出,除了调整产业内部结构,尤其是加强第二产业对劳动力的吸纳能力外,还要提高就业者的素质,使其能适应产业结构调整与优化的需要。
Three industries in Shandong province have fast developed, and the industrial structures have been constantly adjusted and optimized, meanwhile, the employment grows slowly. The reason is that three industries structure do not cohere with employment structure. Based on Shandong province annual statistical data, this paper analyses the coordination between the industry structure and the employment structure of Shandong province using structure deviation degree. The results indicate that there is a more substantial increase in the rationalization of industry structure and employment structure, but there remains a gap comparing with Guangdong and international standards. Finally, are adjusting the industrial internal structure, particularly strengthening the ability of secondary industry to absorb labor force, and improving the laborer＇s quality to adapt to the industrial structttre adjustment and optimization needs.
