摘要
处于经济社会转型时期的东北地区肩负转型与发展的双重任务,经济改革与社会转型面临更多的矛盾、更复杂的问题,影响就业的因素更多元,本文利用1996-2006年东北三省的数据,通过构建劳动需求与就业量决定模型,对影响转型期就业的一些重要因素进行实证分析与检验,并找出影响就业的主要因素,为政府制定适宜的、增长与就业并重的公共政策提供理论依据。
The Northeast region of China is in a period of economic and social transition,and shoulders the dual task of transition and development.Economic reform and social transformation faces more contradictions and more complex issues,and thus more factors that affect employment.This paper uses data from three northeastern provinces of Heilongjiang,Liaoning and Jilin during year 1996-2006,through the construction of labor demand and employment decision model,give empirical analysis and testing on key factors that affects employment in the transition period,in order to identify major factors affecting employment in the Northeast region of China,which serve as bases for government to formulate appropriate public policy which emphasize both growth and employment.
