摘要
STAR-21ZP型柔性车削中心是针对盘类零件加工设计制造的专用的机床,该机床采用两工位双主轴双刀架立式车床机构,并带上下料机构实现工件的自动安装和堆垛。该车削中心的数控系统STAR-08T包括五大独立的数控系统,数控系统采用分布式的软件结构,数控系统之间采用双口存储器进行信息交换,防止争用存储器可能造成存储器传输信息的阻塞,独立的系统分别采用基于实时操作系统的软件结构模式和中断性软件结构模式。能够解决数控系统的实时多任务的核心问题,快速实现任务的并行处理。
STAR-21ZP Flexible turning center is the special machines of design and manufacture for disk parts,This vertical lathe,used two-station,is with dual-spindle double turret,and with loading and unloading to achieve the automatic installation and stacking parts.The CNC turning centers,includes five independent,distributed software architecture,the exchange of information between CNCs used dual-port memory,prevention of memory contention may cause blocking transmission of information,this systems are based on real-time operating system and disruptive software architecture model.CNC system can solve the core issue of real-time multi-task,fast implement the parallel processing tasks.
