摘要
文章给出了一种基于现有软件平台对开放式数控设备进行远程监控与诊断的方法。即将symantec公司的pcAnywhere软件用于自主开发的圆柱凸轮开放式数控系统,实现了圆柱凸轮数控加工设备的远程调试、监控和故障诊断与维护,大大降低了产品调试与维护维修成本,且高速、高效,不会因为数控设备故障而过分影响生产,极大地方便了客户。实际应用表明,这种方法简单、可靠、行之有效。相信随着高技术数控设备的普及,这种方法必将在实际生产中得到更为广泛的应用并带来巨大的经济效益。
A remotely monitor, control and fault diagnose method based existing software is given in this paper. PcAnywhere , as one of the symantec company's software products, is used in open-architecture CNC system for cylindrical cam designed independently and it can monitor, debug, fault diagnose and maintain the cylindrical cam product equipment. This reduces the cost of production debugging and maintenance with high speed and efficiency, and will not influent production excessively if CNC equipment faults and give customs much convenience. It showed in practice that this method is sample, credible and effective. It can be trusted that with the popularization of high technology CNC equipments this method must be used more widely and get more economical benefits in practical production.
