摘要
运用层次分析法(AHP)建立了LNG接收站潜在风险的AHP结构模型,通过判断矩阵求出影响LNG接收站潜在风险各个因素的权重,按照权重的大小对其进行了层次总排序,辨识出储罐风险、船舶作业风险、厂站控制系统风险、船舶安全保护风险和厂站安全保护系统风险是影响LNG接收站潜在风险的关键因素,提出4项控制措施来降低LNG接收站的潜在风险。
The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) structural model for potential risks of LNG terminal is established by AHP. The weights of various factors affecting the potential risks of LNG terminal are obtained through judgment matrix. The total hierarchical ordering of the different factors is made according to their weights. It is identified that storage tank risk, ship operation risk, risk in control system for LNG terminal, risk in safety protection of ships and risk in safety protection system for LNG terminal are key factors affecting the potential risks of LNG terminal. Four control measures for reducing potential risks of LNG terminal are proposed.
