摘要
目的了解融合教育环境中聋生心理健康和体育锻炼水平的现状。方法采用体育活动等级量表和心理健康诊断测验(MHT),对陕西省自强中专的196名聋生和健全学生的心理健康状况和体育锻炼水平进行了调查。结果①聋生青少年心理问题检出率为18.8%,在恐怖倾向、身体症状和自责倾向、对人焦虑和冲动倾向5个方面比较突出;②融合教育背景下健全生与聋生青少年心理健康状况特点不同;③聋生体育锻炼水平偏低,女生体育锻炼水平显著低于男生(t=1.74,P<0.01),大锻炼量聋生的心理健康水平在学习焦虑(t=1.459,P<0.05)对人焦虑(t=0.903,P<0.01)身体症状(t=0.431,P<0.05)恐怖倾向(t=0.751,P<0.01)得分均显著高于小锻炼量的聋生。结论聋生心理健康状况不佳,体育锻炼可以增进聋生身心健康水平。
Objective To evaluate deaf students' mental health and physical exercise level in integration environment.Methods Used sports activities rating scale and MHT to evaluate the students' mental health and physical exercise level who were deaf and health(196) in shanxi province in order to know the situation of deaf students' mental health and physical exercise level which undered the background of integration.Results ①The detection rate of deaf-students mental health was 18.8%,especially in terrorist tendency;physical condition;remorse tendency;anxiety and impulse tendency.②Deaf students had low physical exercise level,girl's was significantly louerthan boys(t=1.74,P0.01).③The mental health of deaf students who had high exercise level was better than the deaf students who had lower exercise level during in study anxiety(t=1.459,P0.05)anxiety(t=0.903,P0.01)physical condition(t=0.431,P0.05)terrorist tendency(t=0.751,P0.01).Conclusion The students who are deaf are under the bad mental health circumstance,physical exercise can increase the level of deaf student s' mental health.
