调控活性氧水平与卵巢肿瘤耐药的相关性研究进展

摘要 卵巢肿瘤对于化疗耐药性是其远期生存率低的主要原因,而活性氧在卵巢肿瘤的化疗耐药过程中起到关键作用。通过调控活性氧水平,增加肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,减少化疗耐药,近年来得到越来越多人的关注。本文将对一系列调控活性氧水平的方法及其与卵巢肿瘤耐药的相关性进行综述。
