摘要 采用真空熔结法,在45钢基材上制备含碲镍基合金覆层,对覆层的显微组织、XRD、硬度、耐磨损等性能进行试验分析,结果表明:合金覆层与基材的冶金结合良好,组织致密、均匀、无孔隙和裂纹,表面硬度为45钢基材的4~5倍,抗磨损能力优异。 Nickel-based coating with addition of tellurium element had been clad on 45 steel substrate by means of vacuum fusion sintering. The microstructure, XRD, hardness, wear resistance and other properties of the coatings were studied. The results show that the joint of coating and matrix is metallurgy combining. The alloy coating with fine microstructure is uniform, and there is no pore and flaw inside it. The wear-ability of the coating is excellent, the surface hardness of which is 445 times to the 45 steel.
