摘要
采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及高分辨透射电镜,研究了激光熔覆Ni、Cr、B、Si高温合金涂层的组织结构。结果表明,得到的熔覆层为细化的树枝晶,由γ基体相和γ′相与硼化物等的多元共晶组成。X射线分析测得平均点阵常数为3.572。界面与基材形成稀释度很低的冶金结合。同时分别给出γ基体相[013]晶带和硼化物[010]晶带的电子衍射谱,以及界面高分辨象。
The microstructure of NiCrBSi superaslloy coating by laser cladding were studied by SEM, XRD and HREM
method. The results shown that the cladding coating is being fined dendrites,which are composed of 7 matrix phas
es and eutectic phases including γ' phase and bonded compound (NiB). X-ray diffraction analysis shows the aver
age lattice parameter to be 3. 572(?). The cladding coating metallurgically connected to substrate with only a little
dilution. Electron diffraction patterns are given respectively, which are grain zone [013] of γ matrix precipitates
and grain zone [010] of borided compound, and HREM image of interface is showed.
