摘要
为提高输送管道的力学性能及其陶瓷层致密度,针对纳米反应体系,采用离心自蔓延高温合成法制备出陶瓷内衬复合钢管。在纳米SiO2质量分数为6%,Ni质量分数为1%的条件下,研究了不同质量分数的纳米ZrO2添加剂,对复合管力学性能及陶瓷层致密度的影响。结果表明:加入9.5%ZrO2的复合管的压溃强度达到409MPa,比未添加纳米ZrO2的试样提高了17.8%;当纳米ZrO2添加量为3.5%时,陶瓷层致密度达到极大值93.2%。
To improve the mechanical properties of pipes and the density of ceramic layer, ceramic lined eompos ite steel pipes were prepared by using centrifugal-SHS on the basic of nano-reaction system. With the condition of adding 6% nano-SiO2 and 1% Ni, the effect of different amount of nano-ZrO2 on the mechanical properties of composite steel pipes and the density of ceramic layer was studied. The results show that the crushing strength of the composite pipe is 409 MPa under 9.5 %( in mass) nano-ZrO2, 17.8% greater than without nano ZrO2 added. The density of ceramic layer is up to 93.2 % with the condition of adding 3.5 % nano-ZrO2.
