摘要
秸秆—根茬粉碎还田是保护性耕作的核心技术之一。本文提出的秸秆—根茬粉碎还田联合作业机,采用分置式两侧平衡传动,即在固定一起的两个机架上,分别安装秸秆还田刀辊和碎茬刀辊,通过一个变速箱向两侧分别输出动力,实现在一个变速箱内完成两刀辊正反两个转向的功能。文章论述了两刀辊中心位置参数的确定和其它结构参数的确立。
Straw-stubble breaking and mulching is one of the core technologies of conservation tillage.The straw-stubble breaking and mulching co-operating machine proposed in this paper uses independent balance transmission on both sides,that is respectively installing straw returning knife roll and stubble breaking knife roll in fixed two racks,outputs power through a gearbox to both sides,and achieves the positive and negative transmission shift function of two knife rolls in a transmission case.This article determines the parameters of the center of two knife rolls and other structural parameters.
