摘要
采用1998～2008年美国对华反倾销案例数据,文章研究了中国报复性反倾销对美国国际贸易委员会(USITC)对华反倾销裁决的影响,结果显示:报复发起的频率、报复性反倾销涉案产品的出口比重以及上期对美反倾销次数都显著影响了USITC对华的倾销裁决。
Based on the U.S.anti-dumping cases 1998~2008,the article studies the China′s retaliatory anti-dumping on the U.S.International Trade Commission(USITC) anti-dumping determination,the results showed that the launched frequency of retaliation,the proportion of export of retaliatory products and the number of retaliatory cases to the U.S.export at previous period significantly affected USITC dumping ruling.Article showed that the choice of key products for retaliation can effectively improve China′s deterrence,however,how to launch appropriate retaliation which is able to safeguard China′s export interests and avoid a strong reaction from the U.S side is still an unsolved question to the Chinese government.
