摘要
高校教师是高等教育活动的主体,是推动高校发展的决定力量。本文立足科学发展观,从医学影像学系师资队伍的现状出发,剖析了医学影像学系师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应对策及建议。
University teachers are the main body of higher education activity and the decisive power of promoting the university development.Based on the scientific concept of development and starting from the present condition of teacher qualification in Medical Imaging Department,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of teacher ranks and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions.
