摘要
家庭医生制服务是近期卫生改革的一项重点工作,浦东新区开展试点工作半年来,在机制保障、人员配备、签约流程、服务内涵、绩效考核、信息化配套等方面做了积极探索。本文从社区卫生服务中心这一执行层面进行实践和思考,并对一些瓶颈问题和难点问题提出了政策建议。
The implementation of family doctor service is a key job for medical reform recently.In Pudong new district pilot work began half a year ago and some research and exploration have been made in such respects as mechanism safeguard,manning level,contract flow,service connotation,performance appraisal and information system.In this article the practice of pilot work is reviewed and discussed from the angle of community medical center,and some suggestions on policy are presented about its existing problems of bottleneck and difficulty.
