摘要
内脂素是近年来新发现的一种脂肪细胞因子。广泛存在于人、动物和细菌体内。国内外研究发现,内脂素与动脉粥样硬化斑块形成、炎症状态、血管内皮功能损伤等密切相关。其在心血管病、糖尿病、肥胖、高血压等其他疾病中有重大影响。内脂素与心血管病的关系现已成为研究热点,且可能在心血管病的预测、诊断和判断预后等方面起重要作用。
Visfatin is an adipocytic factor that is highly expressed in humans,animal and bacteria.Recently,research has discovered that visfatin is implicated in the formation of the atherosclerotic plaque,inflammatory states,vascular endothelial dysfunction,and so on.Most studies showed increased levels of visfatin in diabetes mellitus,obesity,and cardiovascular disease.The link between visfatin and cardiovascular disease is now a focus for research.It appears to be a promising biomarker with diagnostic and prognostic significance in cardiovascular disease.This article summarizes the relationship between visfatin and cardiovascular disease.
