摘要
针对不能准确计算实心转子参数随转差率变化的情况,提出了应用透入深度法和有限元理论两种方法并综合考虑饱和效应、端部效应和曲率效应对实心转子参数进行计算,进而计算出实心转子异步电动机的性能参数。通过比较分析计算结果,总结出了有限元理论和透入深度法的应用条件。研究结果表明,将两种方法结合使用,共同指导实心转子异步电动机的设计。经实验验证,精度满足工程要求,对实心转子异步电动机的设计具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。
To accurately calculate solid rotor parameters and performance parameters which vary along with slip, permeating depth method and finite element method (FEM) were applied. Saturation effectend effect, curvature effect were considered comprehensively. By comparing the results obtained by these two methods, the conditions of application were summarized. The results indicate that using the two methods together to instruct the solid rotor asynchronous motor design can meet the calculation precision requirements of the project and has important guiding significance and referential value to solid rotor asynchronous motor design.
