糖尿病患者血清氨基酸含量的变化

摘要 本文测定了64例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人血清16种氨基酸(苏、丝、谷、脯、甘、丙、半胱、缬、甲硫、异亮、亮、酪、苯丙、赖、组、精氨酸),与健康人比较,结果显示苏、甘、酪、组氨酸含量下降;本文同时测定53例病人空腹血糖,血糖在115—200mg/dl(6.4—11.2mmol/L)者的氨基酸变化与对照组相近,血糖200mg/dl(11.2mmol/L)以上者的苏、甘、丙、异亮、亮、酪、苯丙、组氨酸含量下降,提出测定这八种氨基酸,可作判断糖尿病病情的指标之一。 A total of 16 kinds of amino acids in serum were determined in 64 diabe- tic patients(NIDDM).These include threonine,serine,glutamic acid,proline, glycine,alanine,systeine,valine,methionine,isoleucine,leucine,tyrosine, phenylalanine,lysine,hislidine,and argininl.It was showed that there was a decrease of threonine,glycine,tyrosne and histidine in comparison with normal subjects.And the blood sugar in fast was also determined. The amino acids did not change in those patients whose blood sugar was 6.4- 11.2mmol/L.In those patients whose blood sugar was up to 11.2mmol/L,a decreasing level of 8 kinds of amino acids(threonine,alanine,isoleucine, leucine,phenylalanine and histidine)was showed.We consider these 8 kinds of amino acids as one of the indexes to judge NIDDM patient.
