摘要
本文对92例无症状吸烟者及78例不吸烟健康人进行最大呼气流速的测定。吸烟组较不吸烟组FEV_(1.0)、FEF_(25%~75%)、FEF_(75%~85%)的异常检出率都高。FEF_(25%~75%)及FEF_(75%~85%)两组差别极显著(P<0.001),说明吸烟确实可引起小气道的功能异常。在吸烟组FEF_(75%~85%)的异常检出率较FEF_(25%~75%)的异常检出率高,说明FEF_(75%~85%)在诊断吸烟引起的小气道异常方面更敏感。
FEF(Forced Expiratory Flow Rate)was measured in 92 smokers without respiratory symptom and 78 healthy non-smokers. The abnormality rate of FEV_(1.0) (Forced Expiratory Volume),FEF_(25-75%), and FEF_(75-85%) in the smokers was significantly higher than that in the nonsmoker group.The difference in FEF_(25-75%) or FEF_(75-85%) between the smoker group and non-smoker group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The authors suggest that smoking may cause abnormality of the function of small airway.The abnormality rate of FEF_(75-85%) was higher than that of FEF_(25-75%) in the smoker group,suggesting that FEF_(75-85%) is more sensiitve to diagnosing abnormality of small airway caused by smoking.
