摘要
本文从光的空间相干性出发,导出了薄膜干涉的条纹定域下限轮廓,并对均匀等厚空气薄膜情况进行了具体计算,最后给出实验结果。
According to the spatial coherence of light, the lower limit of fringe localization is derived in the interference by a thin film. A example of calculating the lower limit is also given in the interference by a plane parallel thin film of air. Finally, the results of calculation are examined by experiments.
