摘要
本文论述满足时空相干性条件时薄膜光学厚度的许可值应为多少,并从空间相干性的观点出发讨论等厚干涉条纹定域有关问题.
This paper describes that when the condition of the temporal coherence and spatial coherence is satisfied, what must be the permissible values in the optical thickness of the thin films; in addition, the problem for the localization of the interfering fringes of equal thickness is discussed from the view of the spatial coherence.
