甜玉米笋、籽粒糖和氨基酸含量变化规律的研究

摘要 甜玉米笋和籽粒可溶性总糖及氨基酸含量均呈规律性变化。1.随着笋长度的增加含糖量增加而总氨基酸含量却降低;2随着授粉天数(授粉后16~26天内)的增加可溶性总糖、总氨基酸含量降低的规律,超甜玉米呈“慢—快—慢”,而普通甜玉米呈“快—慢—快”的阶段性变化;3.一般各类氨基酸与总氨基酸具有相似的变化规律。超甜玉米笋和普通甜玉米笋适宜采收期分别为笋长5—9cm和7—9cm。超甜玉米和普通甜玉米适宜采收期分别为授粉后16—26天和16—22天,超甜玉米笋和籽粒氨基酸总量间呈显著正相关,而普通甜玉米则未达显著水平。 There were the nonlinear variianes in the contents of the soluble tota sugar and amino-acid of shoot and arain in sweet corn. The suitable harvest stages of shoot and fresh ear in sweet-corn and super-sweet corn could be determined with the statistical method by these rules. The soluble total sugar content of the sweet corn shoot increased but the total amino-acid content decreased with the Increasing of the length of the sweet corn shoot. The suitable harvest stage in super sweet corn shoot was the shoot length as 5-9cm, and that·in sweet corn was shoot length as 5-7cm. The soluble total sugar and the amino-acid contents of grains in sweet corn and super sweet corn decreased with the increasing of the days of pollinotion, but the rules were different between sweet corn and super sweet corn respectively. The best harvest stage of the fresh ear in super-sweet corn was 16—18 days after pollinotion, and its suitable harvest stage wae 16-26 days fter pollinotion; the best harvest stage of the fresh ear in sweet corn 16 day after pollinotion and its suitable harvest stage was 16—22 days after pollinotion. The amino-acid contents of grain and shoot in super-sweet corn showed significantly positive correlation, but there was no correlation of that in swee tcorn.
