摘要
本文报告了11例Joseph病黄氏家系患者神经肌肉电生理变化,其中23条神经(11条正中神经、11条胫后神经及1条尺神经)中有16条(69.6%)运动和/或感觉传导速度下降、和/或末端潜伏期延长。另外,其中7例患者的17块肌肉中3块肌肉(17.6%)运动单位电位增大,7块肌肉电位时限增大(41.2%)。病理形态学检查揭示上述的电生理变化与周围神经的病理改变有着密切的关系。由此可见,电生理的测定对进一步研究Joseph病提供了有力的依据。
Electrophysiologicai features of the Joseph disease were studied in 11 patients of the Huang's family. Sixteen of 23 nerves (11 median, 11 posterior tibial and 1 ulnar) (69. 6%) showed a reduction of the motor and/ or sensory conduction velocity and/or delaying of the terminal latency. In addition, 17 muscles of 7 patients were examined, the amplitude and the duration of the motor unit potentials increased in 3 muscles(17. 6%)and in 7 muscles(41. 2%), respectively. Thehe pathomorphological study revealed a close relation between the electrophysiologicai and the pathological changes in the peripheral nerves. Therefore, the electrophysiological study is very important in understanding the Joseph disease.
