摘要
本文提出了一个电源规划优化模型,运用系统分析方法,该模型把现有的和待建的水电、火电、核电站以及电网等作为一个整体,采用现代优化技术,在满足系统负荷需求和各种技术经济约束的前提下,寻求系统在规划期内最优的电站兴建顺序和规模。应用本模型所编制的程序对几个地区电源规划作了计算,并得出了合理的结果。
An optimal model for power planning is proposed. If all the economic, safety and operation constraints can be satisfied, then the optimal sequence for all power plants to be built in a given planning period to meet the system load demand can be found using this model. A computer program based on this model has been developed and apllied to several large power systems in different areas. The results obtained are found to be reasonable.
