摘要
采用简易徒手胚胎分割法,一分为二分割奶牛胚胎。应用非手术方法,每头受体移植成对二分胚。移植4头受体,2头妊娠,其中1头产公犊1头,1头产母犊2头。该母犊为同胚双犊,健康,发育正常。
Each of the four embryos of dairy cattle was cut into two equal pieces with a micro-blade held by hand, and each pair of the halfembryos was then transferred non-surgically to one eattle recipient. Four recipients were transferred altogether,and two of them became pregnant. One produced a buli calf,and the other was delivered of two heit ers which were a pair of identical twins.both healthy and normal in their development.
