摘要
本文从一般除尘原理出发,根据超声波对悬浮粒子的凝聚作用,从理论上阐明了工业超声波除尘的工作条件,最佳频率的选择;以及由于介质的振动而引起的流体动力效应和管壁对除尘的影响。
Starting from a general dedusting principle,and according to the coacervation theory of suspended particles under the action of the ultrasonic wave,the work condition and selection of the optimum frequency in the industrial ultrasonic wave dedusting are daborated.The hydrodynamic effect originating from the vibration of medium and influ- ence of the lining of pipes on dedusting are also discussed.
