摘要
由于电子设备工作时存在的静电特性,使其不可避免地吸附空气中的细小灰尘,从而易造成电子设备散热难,甚至出现短路而损坏。本文针对现有电脑机箱所存在的除尘方法陈旧,除尘效果差等问题,提出了一种新颖的基于温度控制的超声除尘方法,并根据该方法设计制作了一套除尘实验系统。该实验系统由主控器MCU、温度采集电路、超声振荡电路等部分组成,主控器MCU根据设备温度实时控制超声电路的工作,从而达到除尘的目的。实验证明,该除尘系统具有设计简单、除尘方便、除尘效果好、生产成本低等优点,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Due to the electrostatic trait of operating machines,it is inevitable for circuit board to attract small particles,which would probably cause the problem about heat loss and short circuit. This paper proposes an innovative temperature-controlled dust cleaning method based on ultrasonic technology. The authors produced the cleaning system according to the method. The system consists of main controller MCU,temperature acquisition circuit,ultrasonic wave generating circuit,step motor driving circuit etc. The main controller controls the operation of ultrasonic circuit according to real-time temperature so as to clean dust. The experiment results demonstrated that the economic cost,simple design,effectiveness of the system is beneficial to application.
