摘要 本文阐述了为提高汽油辛烷值而研制的多功能钯树脂催化剂(简称HEP催化剂)的制备方法及原理。同时论述了该催化剂的催化原理及工艺运转的结论。可提高汽油辛烷值1.5~3单位。又提出了废催化剂中贵金属钯回收的技术方案及其原理。钯回收率80%~90%,纯度95%~99%。 The method and principle of preparing palladic resin catalyst with multifunc- tions(It can be called HEP catalyst for short),which is used to upgrate the octane number of gasoline,are described.Besides,the catalytic principle of the catalyst and the conclusion of the process opreation that has increased the octane value of gasoline by 1.5 to 3 units,are discussed.Moreover,the technical plan and the principle of retrieving the rare metal,palladium,from the waste catalyst are introduced.The retrieval rate can be as high as 80 to 90 percent,with a pubity of 95 to 99 percent.
