催化氧化法制取优质建筑沥青的研究

摘要 本文选用两种催化剂对渣油催化氧化制取优质建筑沥青进行了研究.結果表明,在渣油氧化过程中,三氯化铁具有较强的活性,而磷酸具有较好的选择性;催化氧化沥青的感温性能明显好于普通氧化沥青。 The high quality petroleum asphalt for civil constraction from the vacuum residue by the process of catalytic oxidation has been investigated. The experimental results show that iron trichloride (FeCl_3)has the higer catalytic activity, while phosphoric acid (H_3PO_4)the better selectivity in the process of residue oxidation, and that the catalytic oxidated asphalt is much better than the noncatalytic one in the temperature sensitive property.
